It is important to understand what an off-market property actually is, why it isn’t been put formally on the market for sale and whether or not it is the right fit for you. When is the best time to engage inthedoor?
Simply, any time in your property journey. But more specifically, once you have obtained pre-approval for your finance and / or you know what you can afford on your property purchase.
