James began his career in real estate over 20 years ago and has worked across the residential, development and commercial markets. He is renowned for having a unique ability to bring a deal together and work through complex scenarios to achieve a favourable outcome. Having been involved in over one thousand residential transactions, James has the accumulated experience to find the best position for his clients to take advantage when opportunities present themselves. His extensive knowledge of all areas of the property market and broad industry contacts are a major benefit to his clients.
Reliability, integrity and honesty are at the core of what James does. He keeps his clients fully informed every step of the way and is known for clearly explaining where they are in the transaction and what he is doing to best position them for success. Sarah is a Licenced Estate Agent and a degree qualified property professional with First Class Honors in the Bachelor of Applied Science (Property) course from RMIT University in Melbourne. With 19 years experience, she specialises in data analysis, market drivers and contract negotiation. These areas of expertise, together with Sarah’s passion for property acquisition, are pivotal in achieving the desired outcomes for her valued clients. Sarah’s extensive experience and approachable nature have allowed her to harness key industry relationships across the market which benefit her clients throughout the process.
