It is important to understand what an off-market property actually is, why it isn’t been put formally on the market for sale and whether or not it is the right fit for you. Contact us directly to get an understanding of off-markets for your individual needs.

Absolutely. If you have found the home that is the perfect fit for you and your family, we are here to make sure you do not miss out on it and we secure it for you at the right price and terms. We are specialists in contract negotiation and following a detailed analysis of the property and price, we will deal with the Agent on your behalf in the often complex and overwhelming negotiations.
We charge a flat fee so you know what you are paying for our service. This is different to the percentage fee that most Buyer’s Agents charge. A flat fee ensures that our incentives are aligned with yours and that we are interested in getting the purchase price down (not up!). We have upfront and split payment options and can discuss further to suit your individual circumstances.
